Information Desks at the Weddings of 5th Pillar members
Kamalesh Television and Film Actor(Anandam Mega Serial Fame) is getting married on September 7th, 2007 where most of the guest will be from TV and Film world of Chennai. Since Kamalesh became a member of 5th pillar during his visit to Washington DC, he has invited Vijay and 5th Pillar team to set up an information desk to distribute Zero Rupee notes and RTI Leaflets.
Following this offer Vijay has requested his Cousin Dr.ArunAnand who is getting married on 23rd August, 2007 at Salem and Reception on 26th August at Coimbatore to do the same. Vijay Anand and Rajkumar Sundaram travelled by The Intercity Express from Katpadi to Salem and Vijay distributed Zero Rupee notes in 5 compartments covering close to 500 people travelling in the train. Vijay indicated that quite a few of the train passengers asked curious questions and engaged in discussion. One of the passengers Mr.Madhu a Garment Exporter at Tirupur invited 5th Pillar to set up information desk at his wedding on 23rd August, 2007 for distributing Zero Rupee notes and RTI Leaflets.
On learning the above developments Mr.Thiyagarajan Kailasam Creator of 5th Pillar Orkut Community came forward to offer to set up information desk at his wedding scheduled on 27th August, 2007 at Erode.
